Floral Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team! As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements, from retail to large-scale installations. We're looking for someone who's to be a leader and grow with our company.

Job Overview:

We're looking for someone who loves what they do! You love the beauty of flowers and are inspired by the various colors and textures that transform them into works of art. We're looking for someone motivated, passionate, and hard-working. Ideal skills include:

• Strong knowledge of pricing for retail, events, weddings, etc.
• Strong knowledge of floral varieties and seasonality
• Able to lead weddings, from consultation to strike
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online ordering and fulfillment preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every customer
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude

Requirements:

• MUST have at least 3 years of floral design experience, including large-scale installations (please note this is not an entry-level role)
• Driver's license and reliable method of transportation

Event Planner

We're looking for an enthusiastic, upbeat, motivated, organized Event Planner with a high attention to detail and a track record of solid execution, to join our sister company Social Life Event Co. Most importantly, you love what you do and have a blast doing it. Ideally, you have strong Colorado connections and can bring in more clients to our Event Planning side of the business. This position will be a part-time, contractor position to start, with the chance to grow into something Full Time.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of professional event planning experience, ideally weddings
• A driver's license and reliable method of transportation
